1. Accounts with Instant Parts are payable strictly 30 days from invoiced date.
2. Failure to meet these terms will mean supply of goods may stop until paid in full.
3. Goods will remain the property of Instant Parts until full payment has been made.
4. Further administration charges and handling fees will apply for late payments.
5. Credits do not apply to specially ordered items and electrical goods.
6. Warranties are only applicable to parts, not labour.
